SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

Rosalindcandy.com ships via UPS. Orders may take 1- 3 business days to process in-house before they are shipped. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday are received on Monday.  UPS shipping can take from 1-6 days. Actual shipping charges may be adjusted due to weight and dimension of some items shipped. We will email or call you in such a case. Shipping and deliveries are made in accordance with the standard rules and regulations of these respective shippers. You can choose the following for all United States addresses: 

 

• UPS Ground  

• UPS 3 Day Select

• UPS 2nd Day Air

• UPS Next Day Air

• UPS Next Day Air AM

• UPS Saturday Delivery

 

Please Note: Per UPS, ground shipping days are not guaranteed.  3 day select and up are guaranteed arrivals

 

We strongly suggest 2 day Air to warmer climates. This price will include an ice pack. 

 

In support of our troops, we offer free shipping to APO and FPO addresses and are sent through USPS. Please call us to order and receive free shipping to that address. The website can not do that automatically.  Thank you for your service!

 

Address Accuracy

There will be a $12.00 fee assessed for any address corrections made by our carrier in order to ensure proper delivery of the package. Rosalind Candy Castle cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please check the accuracy of your address before entering. The $12.00 fee will be charged to your original form of payment. Rosalind Candy Castle will not issue a refund for packages refused by the recipient, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
