ORDERS POLICY:
The email confirmation of an order or any other type of electronic confirmation does not constitute Rosalindcandy.com's acceptance of the order.  Rosalindcandy.com is not responsible for address correction errors.

Return Policy:
Due to the freshness and quality of our candy, we do not accept returns. Damaged items must be reported to shipping carrier upon receipt. Failure to do so will forfeit your right to file a claim.  We do guarantee your 100% satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please call us at 724-843-1144.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY:
All personal and company / business information is for our own use, to help us better service our customers. Rosalindcandy.com does not release any customer information to any other party.

E-Mail Lists:
Anyone may subscribe to our mailing list by either purchasing an item, or requesting subscription via email. Rosalindcandy.com will occasionally send e-mail to our customers to inform them of sales, special offers or other relevant news concerning our website. We do not send unsolicited "spam" mail to anyone on our customer list. Anyone may unsubscribe to this list by using the "unsubscribe" option at the opt-in list signup location, or by clicking the opt-out link on the footer of one of the mailings.
